To Place an Order:
- Complete the E-mail order form as you move through our
site, sending one E-mail message for each item ordered. We will total your
order/s and confirm. You may contact us at Empire Saddlery via E-mail at Empire1@EmpireSaddlery.com. Please
include your phone number so we can contact you. To call an
order in dial 585-671-7820 or 800-446-0154 and we will complete your
order and payment details over the phone.
At this time, we do not have an on-line order system.
All transactions must be completed either in person or using one of the

Saddle Orders
Trial Ride
Policy: Please call
Saddle Trial
Limitations: Saddle will be designated on invoice as New, Used,
or Demo. Use a clean saddle pad.
For both new and used saddles, a brief
trial ride is allowed (10 minutes maximum) to obtain an idea of how the saddle
fits you and your horse. In some cases, you may want to warm your horse up with
another saddle.
New Saddles may be girthed
lightly. Stirrup leather may be used only if they are covered with a
non-scratch material (no vet wrap or grippy material). We suggest sliding a
tube sock with the toe cut out over the stirrup leathers.
Wear short or
paddock boots - No tall boots or chaps. Saddle must be returned in the
condition it was received. Do NOT oil or clean the saddle. Saddles returned
with signs of wear, or changes in condition, will be subject to usage
surcharges.
Demo / Used Saddles may be girthed up
and ridden in with stirrup leathers. Saddle must be returned in the condition
it was received.
Usage Surcharges will be assessed if a saddle is
returned with excessive wear, scratches, or dings. This will be automatically
assessed as a minimum charge of 10% of the saddle value.
Guarantee / Return Policy All
items must be returned, in the original containers, within 6 days of receipt
for refund or store credit. Please call Empire Saddlery at 800-446-0154 before returning any item.
Items must be
returned in "As Shipped" condition to receive a full refund. This includes all
packaging and tags. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
Items that are not normally stocked (special orders) will be subject to a
manufacturer or restocking fee.
Custom orders (custom colors or
monogramming) are non-returnable. Customer will be informed at time of order
and order will be noted as such on invoice.
